Blue Forge Pressure Washing LLC (“Blue Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit blueforgenc.com, request a quote, communicate with us, become a customer, receive services from us, make a payment, or otherwise interact with Blue Forge.

Blue Forge Pressure Washing LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company owned by BAXM LLC.

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Blue Forge uses the website primarily to provide information about our business and collect service and quote requests. Blue Forge does not use Shopify checkout to process customer payments for our services. Estimates, proposals, approvals, scheduling, invoicing, and payments are handled through QuickBooks and related business systems as described below.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by Blue Forge. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Blue Forge.

Information You Provide to Us

When you request a quote, contact us, schedule service, approve work, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Business or company name, when applicable
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Service address
  • Billing or mailing address, when applicable
  • Services requested
  • Project descriptions and customer comments
  • Surface, property, access, drainage, water-supply, or site-condition information
  • Requested or scheduled service dates
  • Preferred contact method
  • Quote, estimate, proposal, approval, invoice, and service information
  • Communications between you and Blue Forge
  • Before, after, condition, and project photographs
  • Photos or videos you voluntarily send by email or text
  • Customer instructions concerning pets, vehicles, landscaping, property restrictions, or other job-site considerations
  • Temporary property-access information when necessary to perform scheduled work
  • Billing and transaction records
  • Other information you voluntarily provide

Submitting a quote request does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, banking login credentials, medical records, permanent security-system credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the website quote form, ordinary email, or text message.

2. QUOTE REQUESTS

Blue Forge uses its Shopify-hosted website to collect quote and service inquiries.

Information submitted through the website may be processed and stored by Shopify as necessary to operate the website and deliver the request to Blue Forge.

We may use quote-request information to:

  • Review the requested work
  • Determine whether the property is within our service area
  • Evaluate the services requested
  • Identify whether additional information or photographs are needed
  • Prepare an estimate or proposal
  • Contact you about the request
  • Schedule an inspection or service
  • Maintain a record of the inquiry
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the website

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed appointment, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed with service.

3. PAYMENT AND QUICKBOOKS INFORMATION

Blue Forge uses QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments for estimates, proposals, approvals, scheduling or related customer records, invoicing, accounting, and payment processing.

Customers may pay by credit card and/or ACH through QuickBooks Payments when those options are offered.

Payment credentials are processed through the applicable payment provider. Blue Forge may receive and maintain information related to a transaction, such as:

  • Customer name
  • Billing information
  • Invoice or estimate number
  • Payment method type
  • Transaction amount
  • Payment date
  • Payment status
  • Payment confirmation or reference information
  • Refund, dispute, or chargeback information, when applicable

Full payment-card or banking credentials may be handled directly by Intuit or its payment-processing partners rather than through the Blue Forge website.

4. CALLS, TEXTS, EMAIL, AND QUO

Blue Forge uses Quo, formerly OpenPhone, to manage its business telephone number and text communications.

When you call or text Blue Forge, information may include:

  • Your phone number
  • Contact name
  • Date and time of communication
  • Call history
  • Text-message content
  • Voicemail messages
  • Photos or other files you send
  • Information voluntarily provided during the communication

Blue Forge does not routinely record customer calls. Automatic call recording, call transcription, and AI-generated call summaries are not enabled as part of Blue Forge’s current operating practice.

Voicemail audio and communications may be stored by Quo as part of providing the business communications service.

Blue Forge may use telephone, text, or email to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Discuss a quote
  • Obtain project information
  • Schedule or reschedule work
  • Communicate about an active job
  • Address property-access or site-condition issues
  • Send billing or payment information
  • Follow up regarding completed work
  • Request customer feedback or an honest review

Providing your contact information for a quote or service request does not constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional mass-text campaigns.

5. PROPERTY-ACCESS INFORMATION

Blue Forge may occasionally need property-access information to perform scheduled work, such as:

  • Temporary gate codes
  • One-time access codes
  • Location-specific entry instructions
  • Other limited access information specifically provided for the scheduled service

Whenever reasonably possible, Blue Forge asks customers to provide a temporary or one-time access code rather than a permanent code.

Property-access information is collected only when reasonably necessary to perform scheduled work.

Blue Forge’s practice is to remove temporary access information after completion of the applicable job unless the customer has an ongoing service relationship and specifically authorizes continued retention of the information.

Customers should not provide alarm-system master codes, permanent smart-lock passwords, banking credentials, or other unnecessary security credentials.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS AND PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

Blue Forge may photograph or otherwise document a property before, during, and after service.

Job-documentation photographs may be used to:

  • Record pre-existing conditions
  • Document areas included in the work
  • Document work completed
  • Evaluate cleaning results
  • Support quality-control procedures
  • Respond to customer questions or concerns
  • Document damage or unusual conditions
  • Support insurance, legal, payment, or dispute matters
  • Maintain reasonable business records

Job-documentation photographs may be retained even when a customer does not authorize marketing use.

Marketing Photographs

Blue Forge will request separate affirmative permission before using identifiable customer-property photographs for advertising, website content, social media, promotional materials, or similar marketing purposes.

Declining marketing-photo permission does not affect the customer’s ability to receive service.

When photographs are used publicly, Blue Forge does not intentionally display:

  • Customer names
  • Exact street addresses
  • Temporary access codes
  • Children
  • Recognizable faces
  • License plates
  • Other personally identifying information

unless separately authorized.

7. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit our website, Shopify and related technology may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Network information
  • Pages viewed
  • Dates and times of website activity
  • Referring or exit pages
  • General interaction with the website
  • Cookie identifiers
  • Similar technical or usage information

This information may be used to operate the website, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, measure site performance, prevent misuse, and understand general website activity.

8. SHOPIFY AND WEBSITE DATA PROCESSING

Our website is hosted by Shopify.

Information about your use of the website and information you submit through Shopify-hosted features may therefore be transmitted to or processed by Shopify as necessary to provide its platform services.

As of the date of this Privacy Policy:

  • Blue Forge does not have third-party Shopify apps installed for customer-data collection
  • Blue Forge does not have app pixels or custom pixels configured through Shopify Customer Events
  • Shopify Network Intelligence is disabled
  • Shopify is not used to process Blue Forge service payments

These practices may change as the business develops. If we materially change how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Shopify also provides a Privacy Portal through which certain privacy rights relating to Shopify’s own processing may be exercised.

9. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Shopify and related technology providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website.

These technologies may be used for purposes such as:

  • Troubleshooting website functions

Submitting a quote request, calling Blue Forge, sending a text, or becoming a customer does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional email or text campaigns.

Blue Forge may publicly advertise promotions, specials, or other offers through channels such as:

  • Nextdoor
  • Our website
  • Printed materials
  • Similar public advertising

If Blue Forge later sends direct promotional email or text marketing, we will provide notices, consent mechanisms, and opt-out methods as required by applicable law.

You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent Blue Forge from sending communications reasonably necessary for:

  • An existing quote request
  • A scheduled service
  • Customer-requested communication

  • Other existing business relationships

12. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Blue Forge may contact customers after service to request feedback or an honest review.

Blue Forge does not require a positive review as a condition of receiving service and does not provide an incentive conditioned on the customer leaving a positive review.

Information contained in a review submitted directly to a third-party review platform is also subject to that platform’s privacy policy and terms.

13. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Blue Forge does not sell customer lists or rent customer personal information for unrelated marketing.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide services.

Shopify

Shopify hosts our website and may process website and form-submission information as described above.

Intuit / QuickBooks

Intuit and related payment providers may process customer, estimate, invoice, transaction, accounting, and payment information.

Quo

Quo may process telephone, voicemail, text-message, contact, and communications information as necessary to provide Blue Forge’s business phone and messaging service.

BAXM LLC

Blue Forge Pressure Washing LLC is owned by BAXM LLC.

BAXM LLC and authorized Blue Forge/BAXM personnel may access Blue Forge business and customer records when reasonably necessary for:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Tax preparation
  • Insurance
  • Compliance
  • Financial management
  • Legal matters

Blue Forge customer information is not automatically provided to separate businesses for unrelated cross-marketing.

Individuals assisting Blue Forge may receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their assigned work.

Professional Advisers

Information may be disclosed to accountants, attorneys, insurance companies or agents, tax professionals, consultants, or similar advisers when reasonably necessary.

14. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

Blue Forge does not sell personal information for money.

Blue Forge does not rent customer lists.

Blue Forge does not currently use third-party advertising pixels configured through Shopify Customer Events for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Blue Forge does not provide Blue Forge customer information to separate BAXM-related companies for their independent marketing purposes.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than their ordinary meanings.

15. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Our website may contain links to websites, maps, review sites, payment portals, social-media platforms, or other services operated by third parties.

Blue Forge does not control the privacy, security, or data practices of independent third parties.

If you interact with a third-party website or platform, the privacy policy and terms of that third party apply to information it collects.

A link from our website does not, by itself, mean that Blue Forge controls or is responsible for the third party’s privacy practices.

16. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Blue Forge website and quote-request process are intended for adults requesting property services.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and Blue Forge does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through the website.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary information about children.

An adult customer may provide limited information reasonably necessary for safe service at a property, such as informing Blue Forge that children may be present during scheduled work.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to Blue Forge without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

17. DATA SECURITY

Blue Forge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational practices intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no electronic system, internet transmission, email, text message, cloud service, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should not send highly sensitive information through ordinary email, text message, or the website quote form when a more secure method is available.

If Blue Forge becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notifications when required by applicable law.

18. DATA RETENTION AND DISPOSAL

Blue Forge retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Retention may depend on factors such as:

  • Whether a quote or service relationship remains active
  • Customer-service needs
  • Accounting and tax requirements

Temporary or one-time property-access codes are intended to be removed after the applicable job is completed unless the customer specifically authorizes retention for ongoing service.

Job-documentation photographs may be retained as reasonably necessary for service documentation, insurance, quality control, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.

When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, Blue Forge may delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it using reasonable methods appropriate to the type of record and applicable law.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Some technology and service providers used by Blue Forge may process or store information outside North Carolina or, in some circumstances, outside the United States.

Information processed by those providers may be subject to their applicable contractual protections, privacy practices, and legal obligations.

Customers who approve a quote or proposal may also be subject to the applicable Blue Forge Proposal & Service Agreement, including the project-specific scope, pricing, customer responsibilities, and service terms presented for acceptance.
