How Recurring Fleet Service Works

The fleet, approved scope, site requirements, recurring schedule, communication process, and billing are established before service begins.

1

Fleet & Site Review

We confirm vehicle types, fleet size, typical condition, water access, wash-area surface, drainage, vehicle staging, and site restrictions.

2

Written Scope & Schedule

You receive a written estimate defining the service option, pricing, approved scope, recurring weekend schedule, and customer-specific requirements.

3

Recurring Weekend Service

Service is generally scheduled Saturday or Sunday. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or other recurring schedules may be arranged based on fleet needs and availability. Vehicle counts and rotation are coordinated with the customer.

4

Clear Communication & Rotation

Serviced vehicles are tracked by fleet or unit number and license plate when available. We communicate skipped vehicles, scheduling changes, site issues, and work outside the approved scope before additional charges.

5

Visit Billing

Each completed service visit receives its own invoice based on the vehicles and approved services completed that visit. Payment terms are established with the customer.

Site & Service Requirements

Before recurring service begins, Blue Forge confirms the fleet, work area, water source, drainage conditions, access, and any customer or facility requirements that affect the service plan.

Vehicle Staging & Cab Access

Vehicles must be parked in the agreed service area and reasonably accessible when service begins. Blue Forge does not drive or reposition customer vehicles. Wash + Cab Refresh requires unlocked cab access or keys. Personal belongings should be secured or removed before interior service.

Customer Water Source

Standard fleet pricing assumes an on-site customer water source with a usable connection and adequate supply for the planned service visit. Any alternate water arrangement must be reviewed and agreed to in advance.

Site Suitability & Drainage

Blue Forge reviews the proposed wash area, surface type, drainage, nearby storm drains or ditches, and site requirements before recurring service is approved. Sites that cannot support a compliant washing setup may not be eligible for on-site fleet service.

Standard Service Condition

Base rates cover routine light-to-moderate road film, dust, pollen, light grime, and normal interior debris. Fleet service is maintenance cleaning, not restoration or full detailing.

Standard Service & Exclusions

Heavy mud, excessive debris, stains, spills, pet hair, cargo or toolbox cleaning, and specialty work are outside standard service and may require separate pricing. Blue Forge does not provide engine-bay or parts cleaning, undercarriage degreasing, steam cleaning, or heavy petroleum, fuel, oil, or grease cleanup. Polishing, waxing, paint correction, deep detailing, extraction, and biohazard or odor work are not included unless separately reviewed and quoted.

Facility & Account Requirements

Before recurring service begins, the customer should identify applicable facility restrictions, access requirements, weekend points of contact, vendor or COI requirements, billing contacts, purchase-order procedures, and other site-specific requirements. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.

Fleet Service FAQs

Straight answers about vehicle rotation, service scope, pricing, site requirements, and what to expect from recurring fleet service.

1 Do all of our vehicles need to be available at the same time?

No. Recurring fleet service can be built around a rotation of the vehicles available during each scheduled visit. The full fleet does not need to be present at once unless specifically agreed.

Blue Forge tracks serviced vehicles by fleet or unit number and license plate when available.

2 What types of vehicles do your standard fleet rates cover?

Current standard fleet rates are intended for commercial pickup trucks and dually trucks.

Vans, service bodies, box trucks, trailers, large commercial vehicles, specialty vehicles, and other configurations are reviewed and quoted separately.

3 What is included in the Fleet Maintenance Wash?

The Fleet Maintenance Wash includes exterior body washing and rinsing, exterior glass and mirrors, wheels and tires, and routine road film, dust, pollen, and light grime associated with normal recurring fleet use.

This is maintenance cleaning, not full detailing, restoration, polishing, paint correction, or specialty stain treatment.

4 What is included in the Wash + Cab Refresh?

Wash + Cab Refresh includes the Fleet Maintenance Wash plus vacuuming accessible floors, seats, and floor mats, a light wipe of accessible dash, console, and door-panel surfaces, and interior glass cleaning.

It does not include deep detailing, extraction, shampooing, stain removal, odor remediation, biohazard cleanup, or personal-item organization.

5 Is there a minimum service visit?

Yes. Scheduled fleet service visits are currently subject to a $300 minimum unless otherwise agreed in the written estimate.

The minimum is the visit floor, not an additional $300 fee once approved services for that visit already meet or exceed $300.

6 Do you need access to our water?

Standard fleet pricing assumes an accessible customer-provided water source with a usable connection and adequate supply for the planned service visit.

Alternate water arrangements must be reviewed and agreed to before service.

7 Can you wash vehicles with wraps, decals, cameras, sensors, or aftermarket accessories?

Potentially, yes. Blue Forge reviews wraps, decals, lettering, reflective graphics, cameras, sensors, racks, light bars, toolboxes, specialty finishes, and similar vehicle features before service.

Where compatibility or condition is uncertain, Blue Forge may use a gentler method, test spot, exclude an affected area, or decline cleaning that component.

8 What if some vehicles are much dirtier than normal?

Standard fleet rates assume routine light-to-moderate exterior dirt and normal interior debris consistent with recurring maintenance cleaning.

Heavy mud or grease, excessive debris, significant stains or spills, pet hair, specialty treatment, cargo or toolbox cleaning, and other materially different conditions are outside standard service.

Material additional chargeable work is discussed and approved before it is performed.

9 How do you handle wash-area drainage and site suitability?

Blue Forge reviews the proposed wash area, surface type, drainage direction, nearby storm drains or ditches, vehicle staging, and applicable facility requirements before recurring service is approved.

Sites that cannot support a compliant washing setup may require a different service location or may not be eligible for on-site fleet service.

10 When is fleet service scheduled and billed?

Recurring fleet service is generally planned for Saturday or Sunday. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or other recurring schedules may be arranged based on fleet needs, vehicle availability, and the agreed service plan.

Each completed visit receives its own invoice based on the vehicles and approved services actually completed during that visit, subject to the approved service-visit minimum.

11 How do you keep track of which vehicles were cleaned?

Blue Forge maintains a fleet service record using fleet or unit numbers and license plates when available.

That record supports the recurring vehicle rotation and documents which vehicles and approved services were completed during each visit.
